Case study · Children's football coaching
Soccer Star Coaching runs weekly football lessons and school-holiday camps for children, plus free fundraisers for schools and junior clubs. We built a WordPress booking website that lets parents find a venue, book a place and pay online at any time, with instalments that make a full term or camp easier to afford.

The challenge
As Soccer Star grew across several venues and added holiday camps, taking bookings by phone and message no longer worked.
A child might start with a free taster, pay after their first session, join part-way through a term or book a week-long camp.
Weekly lessons run in three payment blocks, and parents needed to make later payments without re-entering everything.
Each venue runs up to five groups by school year, and every booking had to land in the right one.
Coaches need medical details, consent, school year and two parent contacts for every child, collected once.
What we built
Built on WordPress with WooCommerce and The Events Calendar, so every lesson block and camp is a bookable event with its own tickets.
Four templates matched to the booking type. First bookings collect full details, medical information and photo consent; re-registrations ask only for name, school year and group.
Bookings, orders and attendee details flow automatically into the Soccer Star Registers app. Nothing booked online is typed in twice.
The impact
Places are booked in the evenings and at weekends, when parents are planning.
Payment is taken at booking, and later payments have a simple page of their own.
Staged payments spread the cost of a term or camp for families.
Every child arrives with medical information, consent and contacts recorded.
Bookings feed straight into the coaches' registers app.
We build booking websites that fit the way your sessions actually run: multiple venues, groups, instalments and the information your staff need.
